With over 20 years of professional experience in running her successful Harley Street practice Essential Awareness, with clinics in Oxford, Swindon and Bristol.
As well as decades of experience in corporate operational leadership and project management. Her long and varied career has seen LouLou help 1000’s transform their lives both professionally as well as personally.
Through Replenish & Thrive, LouLou’s mission is to facilitate life-changing transformations in all areas of her clients’ lives and fully support them throughout the whole process.
Her field of expertise lies in utilizing Shamanic techniques with science-based therapies and coaching practices, aligning with her clients’ personal and professional aspirations.
Based in the UK and embracing her global reach, helping individuals worldwide to navigate their journeys with empathy and proficiency, ensuring values of growth and well-being are at the core of every interaction.
Her tool box of qualifications is as extensive and varied as her life experience.Her studies began with a 2-year apprenticeship with a leading Harley Street therapist, then on to study at the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy for Advance Diploma Hypnotherapy/ CBT.
Her Shamanic journey began with learning Deep Soul Healing at Shamanka (a female shaman) Traditional School for Women’s Shamanism With Eliana Harvey.

Personally LouLou has been through Life’s University for 52 years and Joyfully still counting. In that time, she’s experienced many of life’s difficulties: sexual abuse, as well as being physically injured and mentally and emotionally abused. Which resulted in disability, life threatening disease and sickness.
